Florida District Chapter Visitation Program
Purpose
To promote Chapter Visitation by attending the events of other Chapters, Florida District and attending the Region A Rally/Convention. This exposes GWRRA Members within Florida to new friends and FUN activities and is in keeping with the GWRRA motto; Friends for Fun, Safety & Knowledge.
Rule # 1 All participants must have FUN!
Rule # 2 A minimum of three (3) Chapter Participants with a current GWRRA membership are
required to count for a Chapter Visitation.
Rule # 3 Members of the International, Region A and Florida District Teams that reside in Florida are allowed to participate in the Chapter Visitation Program for their Home Chapter.
Rule # 4 Multi-Chapter Events - Only the host Chapter counts for Visitation not each individual
Chapter involved.
Rule # 5 The Chapter Visitation Program will run from December 16, 2010 to December 15, 2011
- Rule # 6 February - November: Double Visitation points (Total) for Visitations to designated
Chapters as per schedule on District Website. All Chapters will have a designated month
during the year (3 - 4 Chapters during any one month). Just another incentive for you to
get out and visit your FL GWRRA friends and to have FUN!
Example: Miles Points 40 + Participants Points 30 + Event Type 25 = 95 (Total). 95 +
95 = 190 (Grand Total) MORE ON RULE #6
- Rule # 7 Year End Bonus Points
Bonus points will be awarded at the end of the year to a Chapter for the total number of
different Chapters visited during the year.

A cash prize will be awarded to the top four (4) Chapters.
• 1st Place: $100, plus reserved seating at the Florida District Wing Gathering Closing Ceremonies and a special Visitation pin for Chapter Participants.
• 2nd Place: $75
• 3rd Place: $50
• 4th Place: $25

MONTHLY VISITATION BONUS POINTS – RULE #6 |
NOTE: If you visit the below Chapters during their designated month you will receive Double Visitation Points for each visitation. Standard Visitation Points will apply when you visit a Chapter at all other times. All chapters are accounted for during the year! Just giving you another incentive to visit your FL GWRRA Friends and to HAVE FUN! Any questions ask the District Directors. Please be considerate of your fellow Chapters by letting the CD of the chapter being visited know of your visit at least a few days in advance and approximately how many you think are going to show up. The CD can then alert their restaurant. The restaurant can then schedule the appropriate amount of wait staff to be prepared for the larger than usual attendance.
