The flyer/shirt contest has ended and the winner is Terri Kozlowski from GA-D. She will receive 2 registrations and 2 polo shirts with her winning design on them! Thanks to each of you who took the time to submit your creative designs for our review. We had over 20 folks review the designs and give us their recommendation. Terri's design came out on top. Hello, from Dana & Jo Voight, Vendor Coordinators for the GWRRA 33rd FL District Convention / Rally 2012 Gathering of the Wings. We are looking forward to having you at our event in March 22-24, 2012 at the Worldgate Resort, 3011 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. This promises to be another spectacular event in Central Florida. Last years Attendance was over 1200 with over 50 vendors present. We can host up to 55 vendors depending on the space requirements per Vendor.

Vendor fee is $100.00 for a 20’ x 20’ Space. Each additional 20’ x 10’ space is $50.00 times the number of spaces. Please account for the total amount of space required when making your payment. If you take up extra space, you will be charged accordingly. In addition, all Vendors will be asked to donate a gift to be given away as a prize for our event.

All Vendors are required to abide by the following restrictions: All vendors must list their products they are selling, failure to do so will not enable you to sell these items. No vendor is allowed to let another vendor sublet with their space or you will be charged a minimum additional charge of your vendor fee. Vendors are not to assume their previous year’s space will be open to them. Vendors will be placed into their requested amount of space as they show up for their assigned row. No Vendor will sell anything to anyone who is not registered for the Convention / Rally, if you are caught, you will be asked to leave and not asked back.

Vendor Parking may be available on Tuesday March 20 and Setup will begin on Wednesday March 21 starting at 8 am. We will be staging all Big Rigs First. No one will be allowed to unhook their rigs on Tuesday without prior approval from the Vendor Coordinator or District Director. Quite Generators only in the Vendor Perimeter Area, all others must be moved outside fence perimeter.
